CONSULTATION
Our process begins with an initial meeting to discuss your goals and the steps required to achieve them. If you're working with an existing home or one under construction, we'll conduct a walkthrough of the property to evaluate the space for system installation. For homes still in the blueprint phase, we recommend sharing the blueprints with us as early as possible for optimal planning.
INSTALLATION
If your home is under construction, we’ll handle the wiring during the building phase, ensuring cables are installed before the walls are closed in—a significant time and cost saver! For already-built homes, we’ll get creative and use our expertise to discreetly route wires, keeping them hidden from view.
IMPLEMENTATION
Once the installation is complete, our Mission Audio/Video team will walk you through the system, showing you and your family how to use and enjoy it. But our support doesn’t stop there—we’re always just a phone call away. Whether you need help troubleshooting a system issue or a quick refresher on how to use a feature, we’re here to assist you.
